Workforce Staffing Specialist
Wrocław


Responsibilities:
  • Close and extensive collaboration with Temp Agencies ensuring that our Warehouse Centers are consistently staffed with quality labor in timely manner
  • Coordination of recruitment of temporary members of staff
  • Preparing analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators
  • Implement and develop strategies based off consistently changing needs of the business by tracking hiring schedules and forecasted attendance rates
  • Ensuring high quality Onboarding process of New Commers
  • Establish and maintain healthy working relationships within Operations
  • Implement efficient sourcing strategies of Warehouse employees hiring
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Warehouse or production factory background
  • 5+ years of experience managing hourly and salary employees
  • Excellent language skills (both written and verbal), both in Polish and English
  • Strong analitycal skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking key performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness
  • Ability to work in a team environment, coordinating and being a team member
  • Strong client service and time management focus in global organization
  • Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including: employer promotion, diversity sourcing, interview process and candidate management
  • Knowledge of local employment law
