Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Wrocław
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily management of a certain process such as receiving, warehousing, putting on shelves, picking, packing, and shipping;
  • Responsible for the work arrangement, guidance, coordination and training of team members according to the daily work plan;
  • Responsible for supervising team members to carry out operations in strict accordance with SOP operation standards;
  • Actively feedback the existing problems in the operation system, business process and on-site management, and put forward optimization suggestions and ideas;
  • Responsible for the timeliness management of the work, to ensure that the timeliness of the team's work is within the required timeliness;
  • Responsible for the 5S work of the warehouse, according to the 5S standard, create a good working environment and ensure operation safety;
  • Responsible for helping employees in the group to continuously improve operation efficiency and operation quality;
  • Responsible for creating a good team atmosphere in the team and reducing the turnover rate of employees;
  • Perform other work arranged by the line manager.
Job requirements:
  • More than 5 years working experience in warehouse management;
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT and other office software;
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility, executive ability and teamwork awareness, and have good communication and learning skills;
  • Able to adapt to alternate day and night shifts, obey management and arrangements, strong executive ability, and no bad habits.
