Planning Specialist - specjalista ds. planowania
Location: Wrocław
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate to formulate production and operation plans for each warehouse in the area, and guide each warehouse to prepare in advance
  • Establish the monitoring plan and tools for the achievement of the plan, guide the warehouse to monitor the process, and ensure the achievement of the plan
  • Coordinate the production capacity allocation of each warehouse in the area, and actively cooperate with other areas or headquarters to support the production capacity gap in the area
  • Coordinate the scheduling and attendance of all links in the area, and deploy manpower in real time as needed to meet production needs
  • Monitor the achievement of the planned storage capacity of each warehouse category, and coordinate real-time control of the warehouse network to ensure that the storage target is achieved
  • Coordinating with the operation of the headquarters to confirm the manpower preparation plan, supervise the manpower recruitment management of each warehouse, and ensure the matching of production capacity and demand
Job requirements:
  • Education and major: Bachelor's degree or above, logistics management, supply chain management and other related majors
  • Five years of experience in logistics management, warehousing process, supply chain management, production workshop management, planning management, etc.
  • Familiar with the production mode of e-commerce warehousing and understand all aspects of warehousing
  • Knowledge: System knowledge such as Tableau/WMS/TMS
  • Values, In line with the company's values
  • English B2-C1
