The company operates a variety of engineering plastics recycling and sales, and processing into plastic pellets sales to Europe and Asia regions, currently looking for Purchasing Manager to Wroclaw.
Kierownik Działu Zakupów - Purchasing Manager
Miejsce pracy: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing department team
- Establish and maintain standards and procedures for that team,
- Develop and organize our procurement strategy, with a focus on materials,
- Conducting supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and claims,
- Support team in developing cross functional strategies and see this through to implement,
- Control of the required effectiveness, efficiency and cost indicators in the buyer department,
- Monitoring the level of plan variability and taking action to mitigate the effects of changes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience relating to Purchasing with at least 2 years of management role in the department.
- Strong communications skills and negotiation-level fluent in Polish and English,
- Proven analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel;
- Experience in purchasing - in particular materials, plastics as advantage
