- Remote IT support is something you have done before
- You’ll save the day of end users by providing a basic global IT support
- You will be an expert in matching solutions to problems and helping users who are not always tech savvy
- You will deal with service requests in our system from A-Z
- You will support users via phone, e-mail & chat
- You will co-create our custom Knowledge Base
