Your role
  • Recruiting good, smart, competent and nice people with Sii Spirit who share core Sii values
  • Coordinating IT recruitment processes in the region
  • Power managing the team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and IT Recruiters
  • Prioritizing recruitment needs with Regional Director
  • Determining effective sources and strategies for identifying candidates
  • Independently recruiting workers mainly for sales and managerial positions
  • Preparing the recruitment plans for marketing and communication
  • Cooperating with Universities in the Region and building the employer brand familiar to students
  • Managing the budget and monitoring KPI
Your skills
  • Proven work experience as an IT Recruitment Manager
  • Passion to work and focus on Candidate Unique Experience
  • Experience with conducting interviews, candidates evaluation and talent acquisition in IT sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Ability to become a partner for internal clients
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Good spoken and written English
