Business Process Specialist
Wroclaw
Your Tasks
- Analysing project requirements and streamlining business processes to adopt them into existing structures
- Designing and implementing solutions together with the team for creating highly automated service delivery platform
Our Requirements
- Fluent English is a must
- Fundamental Understanding of Software Development Process & Methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, focusing both on the bigger picture and the details
- Ability to apply process improvements, reengineer methodologies and principles to process modernisation projects
- Ability to define requirements and create user stories
- Ability to create business process documentation including diagrams
- Familiarity with Collaboration and Documentation Tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, Miro)
- Previous experience in related areas (Requirements / Business Process Engineering)
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and readiness to spend a few days in one of our Locations in Germany or Poland
Would be an asset:
- Higher education qualification in related areas
- Experience in Software Development and/or Service Delivery
- Understanding of terms: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking
