Would you like to join an international and growing IT company?
We are looking for an active team member to take care of overall office management. Our Office Manager should be able to ensure the uninterrupted running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day by day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment,
- Front office activities: telephone calls handling,
- Manage inventory of office supplies,
- Inducting new employees to their workstations,
- Controlling correspondence,
- Hands-on experience with office machines (fax machines, printers, etc.).
Requirements:
- Good command of English (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate level,
- Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, secretary,
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, Atlassian Software is a plus),
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure,
- Knowledge in the Accounting field be,
- Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently,
- Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, initiative.
