The team you’ll part of 

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN). 

You will be a part of Central Asset Management team in largest organization in Nokia – Mobile Networks

What you will learn and contribute to  

On a daily basis you will work as a Global Admin support team member. You will work with our main tool used for planning R&D expenses.

Your main task will be:

• Being a first line of contact for internal users 4budget application, and support them (e.g. to diagnose and solve issue occurred in tool)
• Maintain and update parameters in the tool
• Update team/tool website 
• Reproduce bugs and test all fixes/solutions provided by IT development team

You will work with:

• Jira/Excel
• SAP
• SQL/Python

Your skills and experience   

 You have: 

• Student status with Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, Software Technology or equivalent education
• availability to work at least 3/5
• good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• good knowledge about Microsoft Excel
• serving attitude and understanding of Helpdesk work and tasks

It would be nice if you also had: 

• basic knowledge about ERP systems (SAP P10/P20)
• ability to read technical documentation
• ability to learn quickly
• problem solving attitude
• excellent communication skills
