Back Office Administrator with German

YOUR TASKS
  • Monitoring and closing incidents in the ticketing system
  • Contacting with customer via phone or e-mail
  • Active contacting and troubleshooting with our engineers (technical support)
  • Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
  • Maintaining positive relations with our corporate customers
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • Good English
  • German - at least A2 or higher
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
  • Communication with customer skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Openness to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from hardware area
