About the project

You will be responsible for new 5G radio product introduction in Nokia customer networks. Your scope of work will include early validation and testing of customer SW candidates, troubleshooting of identified issues, checking and solving network performance deviations together with daily cooperation with Nokia development departments and local customer teams. Your aim will be to provide strong technical guidance ensuring new 5G radio product acceptance by customer for further mass rollout.

Responsibilities 

• analysing Customer’s new feature introduction plans and defining the scope of work for RRM and OAM test areas
• setting up the necessary end-to-end test environment in the Lab
• serving as a Technical Contact Point for NPI Projects, providing on-site and remote support
• supporting Customer Acceptance Testing in Nokia premises as well as on Customer site
• handling problems detected in Lab and Field and responding to incoming technical queries
• close cooperation with Customer Teams, as well as providing feedback towards Testing and Development organizations

Requirements 

• advanced knowledge in Telecommunication
• experience in testing Call Processing / Operations and Maintenance / Transport and Transmission
• IP network basics (TCP/IP Protocols, IP Routing, Tracing)
• knowledge of test tools and methods
• test automation experience is a plus
• fluent English, both written and spoken
