About the project

Analytics and Digitalization team organization plays a key role in achieving NOKIA’s business and commercial targets. It consists of experts with various background including finance and technical fields who constantly analyze market trends and customers need to make best business decision to secure long-term success.

Responsibilities 

In this position, you will be responsible for processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions with clear and fact-based knowledge. On daily basis, you will apply various analytical methods to run business modelling and follow hidden insights. This responsibility includes management of the internal and external data sources since your work will directly assist NOKIA evolution toward competitive future

Requirements 

• MSc of Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Financials, or other corresponding area
• experience in use of the analytical methods and software tools (Python, PowerQuery) to data exploration
• familiarity with database technologies (SQL) and querying languages
• good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• ability to fast learning and searching for solutions for non-trivial tasks
• good interpersonal and networking capabilities and skills
• ability to work independently and strong team spirit attitude, at the same time
• excellent analytical skills
• problem solving skills
• excellent presentation skills
• statistical and mathematical background with Python scripting/coding expertise (is a plus)
• Microsoft PowerBI knowledge/experience is a clear plus
• business orientation and financials knowledge is a clear plus
