Salary: 200-300 PLN net/day/B2B

Location: 100% remote work (office is in Wrocław)

The PMO will work as part of an Enterprise Technology Vendor Management Office that is responsible for IT costs and contracts. This will be accomplished by the end-to-end processing of the IT services and products' contracting, purchasing and billing as well as the incurred cost analysis and budget tracking.

• Processing IT purchases and related invoices via ordering and billing tools
• Collecting and verifying the required documentation (statement of works, quotes, Purchase Orders, Invoices)
• Communication with suppliers from different countries related to quoting, ordering and billing issues
• Maintaining of the existing IT contracts and suppliers' relations
• Coordinating the new supplier's registration and onboarding
• Cost tracking against the planned budget and performing trend analysing to recognize and report anomalies
• Spend reports creation and distribution
• Providing support and spend data required for the budget planning to the IT contract owners
• Basic license and cost management for Microsoft products
• Cooperating with other departments involved in the process (Procurement, Finance and Account Payables)
• Preparing and delivering support and training sessions for internal customers

• Bachelor or Master degree (can be in progress)
• Advanced English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literate (MS Office suit), focus on advanced MS excel skills
• Cooperative and people-oriented attitude
• Professional approach and punctuality

• Experience with Purchasing (ie Ariba) and/of ERP (ie SAP) tool will be an advantage
• Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret legal and finance documents
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft products and licencing
