Daily activities
 
Nokia Mobile Networks Customer Documentation is responsible for delivering hardware and software descriptions and instructions for the use of the mobile operator personnel. Our goal is to bring the end-user documentation into the visual online world. As a member of our team, you will assist our content developers in creating technical documentation for Nokia radio and network management technology products. Your role is to study and clarify technical concepts with product designers and developers, and then participate in translating them into modern and professional instructions for product users.

 

We work with:

  • XML, HTML, PDF, CSS
  • DITA
  • JIRA
  • Are these new to you? Don’t worry, you will explore them and many more with us.

Our expectations:

  • Student of the last year of Bachelor or Engineer degree studies
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Interest in both technical writing and mobile telecommunications systems
  • Disciplined and focused on details
  • Creative, flexible, positive attitude
