We are looking for talented people for the role of
Accounts Payable Team Leader
Wrocław
Summary

Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of ~10 people
  • Provide a high quality process performance and initiate a quality improvement measures
  • Manage and deliver the agreed KPI targets and ensure compliance against Service Level Agreements
  • Pro-actively manage daily operations of the team to ensure sustainable performance and fulfilment of customer requirements
  • Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with policies and procedures
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Regular review and reporting of team results
You have
  • University degree in Economics or comparable professional education
  • Leadership experience is a must
  • Fluent in English
  • High standards of collaboration and strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders is a must
  • Several years of professional experience in F&A processes (PTP experience preferably)
  • Experience in collaborating in multinational and dynamic environment
  • Ability to adjust to rapidly changing conditions
  • Excellent communications skills
