Branch Manager / Technical Manager

Our customer is a leader in the engineering industry, specializing and consulting on environmental matters, remediating contaminated soil and other pollutions. The company offers complex civil engineering and natural resources projects for worldwide customers. For more than five decades the company has been measuring success in terms of customer satisfaction.
Due to increasing international demand for engineering services and an expansion of the company’s business activities, we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Branch Manager / Technical Manager (Wrocław)
Main responsibilities:
• Management of the company branch office in Wrocław
• Acquisition of new business partners in Poland
• Build-up new customer relationships and maintenance of existing
customer relations
• Contract management
Expectations:
• University degree in Civil Engineering or related sciences with focus on
Infrastructure Planning and/or Urban Water Management, candidates
with environmental engineering background are preferred
• 10 years practical experience in engineering area, including 3 years on
managerial positions
• Construction planning licenses
• Experiences in the field of sales and acquisitions
• Very good English language skills, knowledge of the German
language is advantageous
• Willingness towards national and international business travels
