For multinational company from IT sector we are currently looking for:
Position: Account Coordinator
Reference no. AC/WR/MT/2012
Location: Wrocław
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Understand customer’s requirements and objectives and match products solutions
• Work closely with Product Development and other Customer Support teams
Requirements
• BA or BSc degree preferred with a strong academic record,
• Passionate about online media and customer service, with a desire to learn,
• Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well within a team,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in German
