We are looking for talented people for the role of
Junior Data Analyst
Wrocław
Summary

You will be responsible for customer accountBdata management. They will be accountable for maintaining up-to-date account information and ensuring data quality.


It’s temporary work for a period of 6 months. During that time you will assist in resolving account data disputes, territorial assignments and mirroring real-life companies’ mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the system.

Responsibilities

The main activities in the position of Junior Data Analst involve:

  • Collecting appropriate approvals and manage territory change requests
  • Realigning accounts ownership in macro scale
  • Creating special territories suited to customer needs
  • Adjusting accesses and capabilities to users depending on Roles
  • Assisting on special projects on an ongoing basis
  • Analyzing Role/Forecast Hierarchy and Territory to enable new year sales planning
  • Resolving opportunity ownership issues with respect to account ownership and/or role forecast hierarchy
  • Communicating and educating Account Executives regarding appropriate guidelines
  • Taking part in other projects or completing tasks assigned by the lleadership team
You have
  • English Language min. B2/C1 Level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity
  • Demonstrates eagerness to acquire necessary technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively. Has desire and drive to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to perform job more effectively
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Proficient user of the MS Office package, Google sheets
  • Analytical skills
