• Consolidate and manage the program book of work
• Partner with IT and business experts across the organization
• Collaborate with PMs across projects within and outside portfolio
• Manage the staff of a project team and the project budget
• Manage the overall status reporting activities related to the program
• Own full lifecycle of program/project delivery and drive this to completion within required budget, quality and timeline, managing risks along the way
• Adhere to the highest standards of project management using agile or waterfall methodology

You Have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Performed a similar project management position before in a global environment, preferably with consultancy or institutional banking background
• Excellent knowledge of technologies within Automation, IT infrastructure and proven experience in digital leadership
• Experience in managing digital transformation PMO's including translating business issues into solutions including opportunity identification, requirements development, and delivery
• Some experience in strategy development
• Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
• Practical knowledge of Agile Project Management methods
• Professional experience within IT Operations would be a helpful asset
• Ability to work independently and self-efficient with experience in communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to take ownership of complex issues and be responsible for their resolution
• Ability to work in a complex environment with a large number of dependencies
• The ability to adapt and network across a global organization to work well with the team and to present well to senior Stakeholders
• University degree / masters relevant to business administration, project management or information technology.
