Responsibilities:
- Seek and find the necessary candidates in the US.
- Communicate with different people, from non-IT specialists to heads of companies.
- Know how to efficiently work in a team.
Requirements:
- You have experience in finding proper candidates for the American IT market.
- You can try your skills not only in recruiting. Likewise, you are welcome to develop as an HR Specialist and deal with employees' adaptation, development, training, assessment, and even their entertainment.
- We work with up-to-date recruiting tools; all of our recruiters have paid LinkedIn accounts and access to different CV databases. We have also developed our own ATS.
- You have at least an upper–intermediate level of English.
