During the first month of your work we will support you in gaining skills and qualifications that will ensure your are successful. If you are a problem – solving person and you like creating relationships with clients with care and attention to details this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

In this job position you will learn how to:

  • Checking invoices correctness
  • Ccontacting with vendors to explain incorrect invoices
  • Responding to all queries from vendors and local finance
  • Matching PO invoices with purchase ordersn created by buyer
  • Verification and sending expense invoice for approval to responsible person
  • Coding expense invoices
  • Nooking invoices according to accounting tax regulations

 

You have
  • University degree is a must (min. Bachelor Degree)
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal), at least B2
  • Good knowledge of French min.B2
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
