• Supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 
• Supporting business processes mostly in OTC (Account Receivable and Billing)
• Cooperating with technical specialists and users in solving incidents 
• Executing functional requests  
• Changing queries (PeopleSoft SQL) reports
• Writing database SQL scripts
• Identifying and collecting business requirements, and transforming them into system capabilities
• Changing system configuration 
• Executing tests before releasing changes to User Acceptance Tests
• Creating and updating functional documentation
• Supporting changes during their aftercare phase

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills 
• Knowledge in business processes
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge in SQL
• Able to work in MS Office
• Advanced in Excel
• Quick learning
• Ability to work according to procedures
• Ability to find information, recognize needs and gather all requirements
• Stress resilience
• Business knowledge in OTC and PTP processes, in particular in account receivables, billing, direct debit, payments and netting
