EHS Manager / EHS Engineer
Wrocław
Responsibility:
  • Management of health and safety issues and employee satisfaction in a given logistics center, including care for the well-being and productivity of employees
  • Proactive cooperation in the field of environmental health and safety projects
  • Verify and control environmental health and safety management arrangements while continuing to improve these arrangements as needed
  • Planning and developing strategies for work systems focused on reducing occupational health and safety hazards, e.g. recommending appropriate adaptations to machines and processes
  • Ensuring that robust reporting systems are in place for the purposes of health and safety statistics,
  • Providing the management with information and statistics on their area of responsibility
  • Handling business changes through effective change management processes in the context of the dynamic environment of a given logistics center
  • Stimulating behavioral culture change programs as part of large, comprehensive and multi-shift activities
Basic qualifications:
  • Education in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers from September 2, 1997 on the occupational health and safety service (Journal of Laws 1997.109.704): University Degree in the field of occupational health and safety
  • Five years of experience in the environment, health and safety service
  • Flexible approach to professional duties, always managing your own priorities and workload
  • The ability to effectively lead and manage a team, ability to influence others, as well as result orientation and persistence
  • in-depth knowledge of OSHA legislation in force in the EU and Poland
  • proven track record in driving business change
  • English on the communicative level
