Warehouse Manager
Wrocław
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily management of operation modules such as warehousing and storage, picking, packaging, delivery, returns, and inventory management.
  • Implement and improve warehousing operation procedures and rules and regulations to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehousing operations.
  • Reasonably allocate the manpower and other resources of various warehousing jobs and operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs.
  • Monitor all aspects of production and operation in real time, report and deal with various problems and faults in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progress of production and operation.
  • Responsible for communication and coordination with other business departments, as well as problem communication and resolution.
  • Responsible for the implementation of 5s activities on the warehouse site and the promotion of lean production concepts.
  • Responsible for the daily operation and business training and guidance of department employees, team building and talent echelon training.
Job requirements:
  • College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position.
  • Good systematic and logical thinking ability, understand the complexity of things, and be able to consider problems from a global perspective.
  • Recognize the warehousing and logistics industry and are willing to develop deeply in this industry, and have a strong desire for career advancement and development. Strong logical thinking.
  • Maintaining Health and Safety standards within the warehouse and yard ares, while promoting and inspiring a culture of safety on-site
  • English on min.B2 level
