Negotiator

Qualifications:

  • Law degree
  • Fluent English or German (min. C1 level)
  • Min. of 1 year"s experience of negotiating, analyzing and advising on derivatives documentation within a law firm
  • A proven record of completing complex documentation within very tight time deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate closely with stakeholders from different disciplines
  • Regular client-facing experience
  • Strong knowledge of a derivatives business
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office - especially Word, Excel and Power Point  

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting client in management and execution of their financial contracts
  • Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing ISDA, Repo, Clearing and ancillary agreements
  • Building and developing strong, trust-based relationships with diverse client groups
  • Being self-motivated, developing your own knowledge, and sharing knowledge with your team mates
  • Provide exceptional service to the client
