Project Description:

The role requires SME level technical architecture and detailed design for integrating the market-leading Online Event platforms for internal and external client events with Citrix based virtual desktop/application platforms, experience designing, documenting, building, and certifying solutions in a large global organization.

The role is primarily Engineering but also requires a level of Operational L3 support, augmenting the service operations team's ability to diagnose and fix problems.

The individual should be passionate about IT, be able to work effectively independently and as part of a wider distributed team

Responsibilities

Technical architecture and detailed design for integration of the market leading Online Event platforms for internal and external UBS events with Citrix based virtual desktop/application platforms
Working with Service/Product/Project Managers and Engineering counterparts to launch these new services - full lifecycle from design, supporting commercial discussions, risk/design signoff, testing, proof of concept and service go-live
Publishing and maintaining product roadmaps (technical product management)
Ensuring Risk control implementation and compliance for all solutions

Skills

Good knowledge of Citrix HDX technologies
In depth knowledge of Citrix Browser Content Redirection
In depth knowledge with Citrix based virtual desktop/application platforms
In depth knowledge of authentication technologies including SAML/FAS/IWA
Good knowledge of Online Event platforms and services and their integration into enterprise environments (proven track record)
Experience in HDX technologies, Browser content redirection or video distribution
Familiarity with eCDN and video streaming technology
Good knowledge of ITIL Framework with relevance to engineering design, product lifecycle and operations for SaaS-based products
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent documentation skills
