We are currently looking for a SALES SUPPORT FOR D/A/CH MARKET in our Wroclaw
branch
- You will review requests to offers, contracts and invoices
- You will support the sales teams in customer projects, e.g. create offers and presentations
- You will organize, book and, post-edit all business trips of the team
- You will coordinate the appointment management and other sales relevant tasks
- You will be put in charge of data administration in the CRM system and also will create and maintain internal and customer reports
- You will organize and coordinate internal and external meetings
- You will collaborate with our business partners as well as with national and international colleagues in German and English language
- You speak fluent German and English
- You ideally have sales experience for example as Sales Support, as Inside Sales or in Customer Service
- It makes you happy to talk with customers and you like service-oriented work
- You are a strong communicator and a team player
