12 months of intensive on-the-job training preparing you for a highly demanding SDM role; comprehensive workshops & trainings which will enhance your leadership and business skills; effective learning approach - working on real, challenging tasks from the outset with help from your dedicated Mentor.
- Initiation, conception, and follow-up of national and international IT projects for our renowned clients
- Management of teams of Technicians, Team Leaders, and Service Desk Agents
- Supervision and control of the processes and the level of service contractually appointed to the project (SLA, KPIs, etc.)
- Commercial and technical collaboration in a project team
- Recognizing and implementing potential optimization
- Calculating and reporting relative to the project
- Support during the implementation of the project
- Monitoring resource and costs
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, management, economics or equivalent
- Determination, autonomy and personal motivation
- Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously and manage a heavy workload
- Practical experience in project management, preferable in IT field/ services
- Fluent English
- International professional experience
- Additional foreign-language skills (German, Spanish, etc.)
- Technical background and experience as IT support
