YOUR TASKS
- Active usage of ticketing tools
- Reporting of the tickets
- Usage of closing codes within tickets
- Data validation
- Business communication and support of international customers and internal delivery teams worldwide
- Handling project documentation
- Other administrative tasks
- Active contact with our local teams and local management
- Data verification in our ticketing system
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Good English
- German - at least A2 or higher
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
- Communication with customer skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Openness to learn new skills – technical vocabulary and issues from hardware area
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in customer-facing / contact center environment
