For our Service Desk Team we are seeking the following:
Service Desk Agent with English
LOCATION: Bielany Wrocławskie
YOUR TASKS:
– Monitoring and closing incidents in the ticketing system
– Contacting customers via phone or e-mail while maintaining positive relationships with our corporate customers
– Active communication and troubleshooting with our engineers (technical support)
– Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
– On-going analysis and validation of data included in orders, on the basis of Hemmersbach procedures
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent English is a must
– Strong troubleshooting skills
– Customer service and effective communication skills
– Practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point),
– Ability to work on numerous tasks simultaneously,
– Ability to learn new things,
– Able to work shifts (between 8 am and 18 pm)
WOULD BE AN ASSET:
– Knowledge of the IT industry
– Technical competencies in the print service area
– Previous experience in Help Desk/ Service Desk
